Do you get any other errors the first time it tries to connect after SqueezeCenter has been restarted ?
The Amarok integration currently only connects the first time, so I'm not sure how it works if you for example restart CPU 2 but not CPU 1. Could this be the problem ? I assume you have entered the correct username and password in the Amarok settings in the Custom Scan interface ? Which version of the TrackStat and Custom Scan plugins are you using ? Which version of SqueezeCenter are you using ?
