Same here. Plugins DynamicPlaylist, CustomBrowse and SugarCube
installed. I think it doesn't matter if DynamicPlaylist is installed or
not.
I started a test with a song with a '&' in the filename (in this case:
the directory!) and indeed, no new song was added to the playlist, it
just stopped after the first song.
The server.log ('debug mode' set for DynamicPlaylist, SugarCube and
MusicIP) says:

There are no problems with characters like é, í, ä. But the character
'#' (like in 'Radio #1.flac') is causing the same problem as the
ampersand.
