Had a few problems. Here's what I tried:
- Couldn't extract the zip file for Windows
(mlb-squeezeday-0.1.2-win32-x86-perl-5.8-openssl-0.9.8g.zip) using
Windows' built-in zip archive feature. Downloaded & installed WinZip
and extracted it that way.
- Copied the MLBGameday folder at the zip's root to *C:\Program
Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Plugins* and restarted SqueezeCenter via
the Services Manager.
- In SqueezeCenter, clicked _SqueezeCenter_Settings_ then chose *MLB
Gameday Prototype* from the dropdown.
- Filled in the form with my Gameday credentials and clicked *Save
Settings*. (I'd verified that they worked on the MLB web site.)
- On the Squeezebox controller, looked under Internet Radio: no MLB
Gameday. BTW, I've added other plugins that -do- appear on that
menu.
- Per the author's troubleshooting advice, I examined server.log,
which contained the following lines:

- Started all over: removed MLB Gameday from plugins folder,
downloaded generic version of the plugin, followed (complex)
directions in the ReadMe to install ActivePerl and the Leay stuff --
same result as above.
If anyone gets this working on WHS (or any Windows machine), I'd love
to hear how it's done.
