Ok, I've worked out which tracks are missing the ratings. It is anything with punctuation in. eg Gravity*'*s Rainbow by the The Klaxons or Human by The Killers (off Day *&* Age). It seems the ' or & causes the ratings not to be imported.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
