That is probably a timeout as radio 4 listings take many pages which get v. slow to return esp. at peak times. Increase your Radio Station Timeout to say 20. Unfortunately the "no programs" result is cached and so you will not get good results if you try again. Easiest way to to test is stop Sc, delete the FileCache directory in your cache directory, restart Sc and test again.
