I have not seen this issue. I am running 7.3.2 on XP (a nightly build from about 3 weeks ago) and use the default scrobbler plugin. I do however have issues with SugarCube not always kicking off when I start my SqueezeBox and kick off the first track - sometimes I need to restart my PC before it works.
