Fixed. It was of my own making. I had added an exemption thinking that it was for mixes but it was for adding to the library. Not only that, I put it so it wouldn't add songs over 60megabites only I accidently put 60kilobites. So only the smallest of the small would get added to my library. Once I got rid of that it started chugging away.
