Did you happen to try the "reset to defaults" link at the bottom of the settings page? I was hopping that that feature would help in cases like this.
In previous beta releases of SrvrPowerCtrl, the plugin has automatically reset the settings to defaults on upgrade. I think I disabled that "feature" a couple of releases back.
