I've tested with the suggested names and cannot reproduce the problem. The artwork is saved OK on my system.
So the problem is in some other part of your setup so I need a log of the save process. Can you do the following. 1. Note current time. 2. In WebUI Settings/Advanced/Logging set plugin.findart to DEBUG and click Apply button in bottom RHS. 3. Open Server Log window or use an Editor (e.g. word pad). 3. Try to save cover art that you know will fail. 4. Stop SC 5.
