After using the Windows Version of this plugin for some time I decided to build a dedicated Ubuntu server on a headless mini atom PC.
I've never been able to get the linux version working until I had time to address the issue today. I followed the pulse audio instructions from further up this thread and tuned into wavin:pulse and was surprised to hear my PC sound coming through. Thanks again bpa I've used your WaveInput and AAC plugins for ages and they've served me well. I have an idea for an enhancement which would make this plugin even greater. If I could use my SB remote to pass a URL like: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playlive/bbc_radio_three/ back to my server PC/browser - this would launch BBC Radio 3 at 192kbps aac in Flash on my server and the audio could be sent back to the SB as a wavin stream. Is this sort of thing possible? Any way thanks again bpa.
