It works again now. I am really having a hard time understanding the problem though. When I got up it was still running with a 20 sec delay. Then I turned off a USB printer I have connected to my server, deleted the MAC adress in Ipeng settings and flushed the cache. I don't know why it started working after that, but it did. After it syncronized the cache it was working normally again.
Rather wierd, but it works now, so hephey! =) I am running version 7.0 of squeezecenter I was had no delay when I controlled SC in the web interface or when I used the remote that came with the SqueezeBox Duet.
