Mnay thanks for your help. Its SB 7.3.3. and Vista. I downloaded and installed manually, and EM lists it under manually installed extensions and tells me I can't upload through EM without first removing the manually installed version. I've done this the only way that seems to be available, which is by deleting the folder and files, but after a reboot EB still gives me the same message. I now see that under plugins it says 'Plugin is incompatible with this version of SqueezeCenter. Please update.' But what am I supposed to update? I thought I had the most recent versions of both SC and the plugin.
