The availability of WMA stream (albeit at 48kbit) outside of the UK was only enabled in June so you can play the live stream through SqueezeNetwork - no need for SC.
At present for non UK users - the "Listen Again" iPlayer programs are in RealAudio and AAC. AAC format gives better quality but is not yet available through Squeezecenter.
