I'm not sure just how quickly I'll get this done, though I'll put it at
the very top of the SrvrPowerCtrl todo list.  I'm operating in August
mode: brain totally disengaged.  And I'm also in the middle of a small
remodeling project that has my house so trashed that I can't think
straight: can't even find a hammer, let alone think through logical
problems in code.
