Not sure why AlienBBC has no Local Radio Listen again - I don't know if it was lost at some stage or was never implemented.
However BBCiPlayer 0.9beta10 ( http://triodeplugins.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/testrepo.xml ) has Local radio Listen Again which works for non-UK listeners as well. AlienBBC is still neeed for live Local Radio but BBC plan to offer those stations in AAC.
