Our discussion is too long ago ... It started with this posting of mine and went on for quite some time. I will need to go back and have a look at how I can make it work consistently. I did already attach a log file, though.
I am the guy who is using LightsOut, so the server does not hibernate at all as long as my notebook is powered up. WOL is working fine. It is only the watchdog that either keeps waking up again all the time or goes to sleep and never comes alive again. I was able to make it sort of work with a defined sequence of configuration changes, but I have forgotten. I will have a look at my old postings and try recreate that situation, so I can give you another log file.
