There are two potential issues here: 1) Does the server know about the duration for a stream and hence think it is seekable - this looks to be a problem in your case and I am not sure I understand why with 0.9 as the debug clearly shows a duration 2) Can it restart a stream after seeking - this is the bit which needs 7.4 as the stream url changes for the aac streams every few seconds and we need to fetch it again.
