They are separate entries in the bbc xml feed and the default
configuration of iplayer filters out the duplicats which are lw. If you
want separate listings, then you can edit the menu.opml file to have the
following in place of the current radio 4 entry. Let me know what
people think of this, should this config be the default or do most
people prefer to have the two menus mixed.
