Further to my last message I have revised my theory! I went back to an
old 7.4 and it didn't fix the issues. What I think now is my move to
iTunes9 stopped customscan working. It wasn't immediately obvious as I
think the imported ratings were cached until the new database in a
recent 7.4 cleared my ratings. Does that sound feasible? If so, can you
add in support for iTunes9? If you need any info from my iTunes Library
just shout.
