I hope it doesn't take too long until it shows up. Generally, iPeng 1.2 should work with 7.3 as well and I believe it's a very good update for 7.3, too. There may be some functionality, though, especially around context menus, which is less rich than with 7.4 but I believe this generally more an issue of less new stuff working than old stuff not working anymore.
