I know you're correct about this; however, if Logitech wants to establish a broader customer base, I think they're going to need to take more responsibility for ensuring that plugins work before they release an update. Many people just expect a product they buy to work, and they don't make any distinctions regarding 3rd-party developers. It all comes from Logitech's website, after all. As a comparison, imagine what would happen if half the apps on the iPhone or Touch stopped working when Apple released a software update, and Apple's only response was, "Third-party developers! And you're screwed until they decide to fix it!" As it is, I've upgraded my Touch multiple times, and I don't think a third-party app has ever stopped working. Maybe Logitech could learn something from this model. -- corbey ------------------------------------------------------------------------ corbey's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11286 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=68420 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
