The quote you provide does not apply to iPeng 1.2. Adding tracks in
Rhapsody works for me for most of the tracks, the exception being stored
playlists, I will investogate into this.

I can't comment on whether the stuff I see in the current playlist
works since I can't play Rhapsody from over here.

I see that for some menus the "touch and hold" menu doesn't contain the
playback commands, but that's pre-7.4 and the normal execution on a
track or album still works.
Could you describe exactly what you see what does not work?

Touch-and-hold never highlights consistently :-) That has no connection
with the actual function, it will still work even if it doesn't
highlight.

Not yet. Working on it.
There's SqueezeMobile which uses stream.mp3. Or you just enter the
address of your stream.mp3 in Safari

No. That's not possible because the sleep mode deactivates the
foreground app (iPeng), so it's not active and can't activate anything.
There's no way to control this anyway.
I'll try to emulate as much of it as possible, but this WILL consume
power.
I estimate in that mode the battery will last for 5-10h, experience
will show what is realistic (I KNOW the 5h are because that's the time
it works with display on and playback).

I can't comment on Jailbreaking since I haven't done it for almost two
years.
However, I don't guarantee that iPeng will work flawlessly. iPeng uses
quite a lot of memory for caching and if another app takes up that space
iPeng might crash.

Nothing's wrong with your settings.
That page refers to the webapp version of iPeng (0.x) which runs in
your browser and is quite a bit different.
The manual for the iPeng App (also a bit outdated and to be updated
soon) is here:
