OK, have been poking around for a while more now and YES, I got it to work. I guess I got confused when the first Player that appeared was my Squeezebox unit. After a while another Player popped up. with my iPhone local IP. I then again tried to use the Squeezebox player and got it to start playing on my home stereo just like iPeng will do.
