The"failed to parse" message is usually associated with network problem and the inability to get the program info from BBC. Sometime caused by security s/w other time by network timeout.
What OS are you using ? If Windows what security s/w ? Does the problem happen if security s/w is uninstalled (disbaling is usually not sufficient). "Listen Again" has never been available on SN so there is no change in Functionality. On SN when a station is shown - it is always the live stream. This is the way it has always been - no change.
