Thanks -- I'm in a tough spot because I am a lifetime subscriber. No monthly fees. So it's tough for me to threaten to quit when they don't upgrade me. I have no contract to extend. I called and spoke with cancellations and also tech support. Cancellations said they knew nothing about being able to upgrade users to premium feeds and tech support guy told me "we used to do that for people, but we don't do it anymore."
