For me to play podcasts in squeezebox server I have to set them up within the server software. The podcasts then appear under extras.
It seems, at least for me, that the podcasts on mysqueezebox.com only are available when using the mysqueezebox.com player. The podcast app has never showed up in the "my apps" list.
