You could try the Custom Skip plugin, if I remember correctly there is a skipping filter available that let's you skip a specific song. Or use a skipping filter that skips songs longer than 30 minutes. Alternatively, let play with repeat with the volume turned down over a night. You could edit the database directly, but I wouldn't recommend this unless you are familiar with SQL.
