If the artwork does appear in NowPlaying but not while browsing, please try "Settings->iPeng Settings->Flush Cache".
If it does not appear on NowPlaying, too, it's probably an issue I'm seeing when the server scans new albums by browsing into their folder. I then get an absolute path to the file and haven't yet found a way to get that artwork from the server.
