This is an area where I haven't tested.  With the current beta version
of SrvrPowerCtrl, it executes the "wake for alarm" command when it
senses that SBS itself is shutting down.  The typical use case for this
feature is when a server gets shut down with a simple power button
press.  Of course, SBS must shut itself down for an upgrade too.  I
can't really imagine how SrvrPowerCtrl would interfere with this
process, but it's been a while since I was last accused of having too
much imagination.  And since I've never initiated a SBS upgrade from
'within'...I can't say for certain that interference isn't happening. 
Yet another item for the todo list.
