Hmmm, short of decoding the lirc to try to work out which protocol is being used or converting it to NATIVE yourself there is no other option at the moment.
As you don't know which LIRC file will work (if any of them) I suggest that you wait until the next release where you'll be able to just copy the lirc file onto the controller, map some of the commands to a few buttons and try it. That will be much less effort than trying to decipher the files manually.
