Hm. I see what you mean, yet I'm completely unable to reproduce it. My best guess would be that probably something went wrong with the update (this sometimes happens), you could try to uninstall and reinstall iPeng. Which server version do you use (although I fail to see how the server could be involved in this)? Could you also (before the uninstall/reinstall) sync your iPod with iTunes?
