It should work to run in two locations, I do this myself. A good test would be to have both SBs on MySB (and running) and then to compare where iPeng works well and where it doesn't. And with which device.
Like in: Can control both devices well, when at office and both devices work poorly when controlled from home. Or: SB at home always works fine while the one in the office does not. BTW: Are you using an iPhone or iTouch?
