PS: the NSIS installer exe for SCWOLTool on the SrvrPowerCtrl downloads page doesn't create a desktop shortcut for the tool. This is because I was too lazy to write a proper install script and instead used the zip2exe program.
Anyway, to create a shortcut, after you've run the installer (and assuming that you used the default install-to location) just right-click on your desktop, select 'New' and 'Shortcut'.
