Using both plugins in parallel may be nice to be able to *completely* power off the amp. E.g. my amp still drains a noticeable current when it is in standby mode... An IR controllable relais may work, but that's maybe a little overkill... I'll go to Conrad now and buy the necessary parts for both circuits, so that I can try them both. ;) But I think I will primarily use IR-Blaster afterwards.
