I posted this is the "audiophile" forum (seems to be the place for transporter questions, but someone reporting the same problem suggested that this is more likely a plugin issue so I should post over here). Sorry for the cross post, but here's my issue:
Finally have my Transporter in a location where I can see it. I use the "superweatherdate" plugin as my screensaver when music not playing and "musicinformationscreen" when music is playing. Works nicely, but I've noticed that the right side display (the analog VU meters) never turn off when the weather screen saver kicks in (to be clear, the VU meters are not moving, just the scale shows). If I manually press the power button on the transporter the VU meters go off (right side display goes blank) but the left side stays on weather (as desired).
