First off, thanks for the heads up on the Now Playing feature in iPeng. I too didnt realize this was possible. Wow, iPeng is so incredible! One of the most valuable iPhone apps I own, seriously. Its given new life to my Squeezebox. Even the WAF number went up as my wife now uses the Squeezebox.
Second, to you guys looking for a mass tagger for lyrics, Im using Get Lyrical, which runs on Mac OS X. It has done an amazing job for my library. Here are some statistics for you: Out of a library of 7833 tracks, it found lyrics for all except 910 tracks.
