I think you are asking about Softsqueeze. You get to that through squeeze server, open web control, click on settings bottom right, click on plugins, you may have to click show all third party plugins at very bottom, then this plugin will show up in extras in squeeze server as "Community Softsqueeze", click on this and it will install softsqueeze on your desktop.
