I assume your files are already scanned by the standard SBS scanner ? Custom Scan only scans files that are already in the database. Do you get any errors in the server.log when performing the Custom Scan scanning with the Custom Tag scanning module ? Have you tried running the Custom Tag scanning manually by clicking on the scan link beside it in the Custom Scan settings page ?
