Hello all, I am also having problems playing a podcast on my Boom. I get the same error:
PROBLEM: UNABLE TO PLAY FILETYPE FOR: [poccast] I have read through this post and tried the options. My Podcast is setup in MSB.com as: http://www.stephenfry.com/podcasts/rss.xml I have installed the Podcast Player App, and it is now at the home screen of the Boom. I can select it, and then select the individual podcast, I then get to the option screen where it has the "save to favourites" option and a bit of about information. But it can not play.
