OK - I've sorted it now... I had to go my http://www.mysqueezebox.com/user/apps. There, on the Scrobbling tab, it was inactive for my player.
Not sure where mysqueezebox.com comes into it, as I am using my library to source my files, and scrobbling was enabled on SBS Server AND on the player ... but hey, at least its working now!
