I have asked many times about problems (see earlier thread in this forum) that I am having with Classical.com and I receive no responses on the forum. I am starting to think that I am the only person who has subscribed to this music service. I really like the service very much WHEN IT WORKS, but it seems to have outages very frequently and very infrequent responses to help. I was just wondering if I am alone in my subscription to Classical.com and if there are others who do subscribe, are they having the same frequent outages too? I have a whole year for my subscription and I do not think it is quite fair to expect so much "down time" without some sort of explanation and some consideration to add some time onto my subscription expiration date.
Anyone on the forums actually subscribe to Classical.com? Any problems like I am having?
