This thread is getting a bit long now and most of the early posts are now largely redundant (as spotted by a couple of people) and will just confuse any newcomers. I suggest we abandon this one and I create 3 new threads: 1) Announce - new releases, bugs etc 2) General - Advice on config, where to get ir codes from etc 3) Configs - Posts of users' xml & lirc files along with details of their kit so others with the same hardware can just download with no messing about.
Does that sound sensible?
