If you're talking about the SqueezeCenter irBalster plugin then you can
copy the lirc file that irBlaster creates onto your controller and get
SqueezeIR to use it by adding the remote into the xml file. You'll
basicically have two <remote> sections one pointing to the NAD lirc file
and the other pointing to the Meridian lirc file. You'll also need two
very similar looking <profile> sections, one mapping the keys to the NAD
commands, the other to Meridian commands and two <menu> sections with
custom menus for each device. You can switch profiles in the SqueezeIR
settings screen or, if you name your profiles with the same name as the
attached squeezeboxes, SqueezeIR will automatically select the correct
profile based on the player that it's controlling.

I've created an xml file that references the Meridian MSR remote (the
only Meridian remote on the lirc database) as well as the NAD remote.
You'll need to download the lirc file to your controller and call it
'MSR.lirc' as well as the attached xml file. The attached file should
also get you started with multiple profile configurations if you want to
use the irBlaster file with SqueezeIR that I talked about above.
