I've tried toggling the "Prefer WMA streams" option, and it's made no difference. WIth respect to informing the BBC - my ISP is BT - I assume that they have heard of each other! Any thoughts? I only noted this on introducing a secondhand SB Boom to the system - could it be to do with previous settings of that user?
