Wow, this was a discovery, I was looking for a similar tool to stream my music and mostly to transcode some of my radio stream so I can listen to them in the car while travelling and while at work without wasting too much of my precious download quota. This app was perfect for it and it does a decent job. Buffering takes a while but eventually, the stream starts. I will play with some settings in Squeezecenter and see if that helps.
While playing around with it (only have it for 10 minutes) I found out that it doesn't support OPML lists. While it opens my favourites (which is an OPML file anyway), it doesn't open subfolders in favourites.
