I listen to a lot of internet radio and had used MyPicks/MyRadio a long time ago. I have since switched to using RadioTime presets. This has the advantage that it is now their job to track url changes and keep everything updated. They have generally been quite responsive to reports of broken links or requests for new stations. YMMV.
