As long as you can get to the settings web pages, you should see a link
to it from the bottom of the "information" page under settings.

You can try increasing the "Radio Station Timeout" from the "network"
adavanced setting to see if that helps.  But I am not sure that will
help.

If you have "prefer wma" cleared and then enable plugin.bbciplayer.rtmp
logging at debug level (from advanced, logging menu).  Does this result
in any additional information in the log when you try to play the
stream.
