Glad you got it working and nice job with the xml! I like the custom keycodes that you used. I must confess that I haven't tested SqueezeIR on a 7.6 controller but I did test it with SqueezePlay7.6 so it should be ok. It definately works with 7.5.
SBS7.6 sounds like it will bring improvements to the controller experience in general but probably won't have much effect on SqueezeIR. Other than version compatibility the newest version of SqueezeIR doesn't offer much new, most of the changes involved making the internal workings more flexible to add the potential to support more protocols.
