While playing with the most recent SC 7.6 builds I experienced some issues with foreign characters during the pre-caching artwork process of the scanner. For some reason this does not affect the album descriptions or Album Art in the SC Web UI, but it affects Moose. Using 7.6 all the tracks with names with foreign characters are now displayed with weird characters in Moose 7.3a. This was not the case with earlier builds. I started a thread about this issue in the Beta section of the forum, but I have yet to get an answer. Does Moose gets its Album and Track info using a different method than that used by the SC Web UI? If so, why doesn't it use the same method?
