I looked at the live commentaries page earlier today - I think it would have to be screen scraper as I couldn't find any RSS or similar feeds that showed the commentaries. If screen scraping is done then I think the mobile page ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/mobile/cricket/default.stm ) would be the starting point as it is simpler.
